Foreign Tourist Victim Of Phone Snatch

Phnom Penh: A foreign tourist was the victim of a street theft at 1:45 pm, August 30, 2019, along 13/106 Street, behind the Night Market in Sangkat Wat Phnom.

According to sources at the scene, a foreign couple were walking down the road when two suspects on a motorbike snatched an iphone from the woman’s hand and escaped.

After the incident, local authorities arrived at the scene, and took the couple to Wat Phnom police station, but they refused to file a complaint and then walked away. POST NEWS
