Traffic Jams On Road 4 After Fuel Spill
Preah Sihanouk: At 7:30 in the morning of August 28, 2019, there was a collision between a PTT fuel tanker truck and another truck at Mao Pich Nil between km 103-104. Fuel was spilled over the road.
Authorities are calling on drivers to bypass Road 4, if possible, due to traffic tailbacks.
The crash came shortly after another incident at KM 108-108 which left 5 people injured. KBN
