On Duty Armed Cop Kills One in Sihanoukville Crash

Sihanoukville: On 25 Aug 2019 at 21:40, there was a traffic accident between car and motorbike on National Road No.4 in Sangkat 1.

One person was killed and one seriously injured

The source said armed patrol GRK officer Heng Seun, 28, was driving the marked car from the military barracks to the Provincial Government, when it hit a Honda traveling in the opposite direction.

A 30 year old died at the scene and another was sent to hospital.

After the incident, the driver, the police officer was taken to the traffic police office of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police and given a breathalyzer test, which showed a reading of 0 . 40.
