Phnom Penh: On August 24, 2019, 09:40 PM, Phnom Penh Office of Immigration Investigation and Procedure received a Chinese man, YU ZHIGANG, a 29-year-old male from police in Khan 7 Makara.

The man, with no passport/visa, had been staying at Donggangangji Hotel and not paid his bills. He arrived at the Kingdom of Cambodia on 12.12-2018,on a tourist visa. As he has no current passport, no work and no place to stay, he was arrested and sent to the Department of Immigration to carry out proceedings.
