Man Dies After Hitting Divider

Kandal: At 21:30 on August 20, 2019, a car hit a road divider, causing the death of the driver on National Road# 21 in Prek Samrong 3 Village, Takhmao Commune, Takhmao City.

The LEXUS RX300 was driven by Heng Seng Long, 46, from Kbal Chroy Village, Prek Koy Commune, Saang District, Kandal Province. UPDATE: Later reports say the dead man worked for Fresh News.
