Korean Over Stayer Hands Himself In

Phnom Penh: On August 20, 2019, at 1:30 pm, a Korean national, KIM SANG WOO, a 55 year old male came to Phnom Penh Municipal Police to ask the cops to help him return to his country of origin. He has over stayed his visa and cannot afford to pay the fine.

He entered the Kingdom of Cambodia on 26th May, 2019 at Bavet International Checkpoint. He was later sent to the Department of Investigation and Implementation of the Immigration Department for further proceedings.
