Russian Without Visa Taken By Immigration

Phnom Penh: On August 19, 2019 at 17:30 PM The Phnom Penh Municipal Police Office of Immigration Investigation and Procedure received one Russian national, 42-year-old KIRILL KONIN, from Daun Penh police station.

The Russian has no valid documents and some sort of mental disorder. He was sent to the Department of Investigation and Implementation to continue the procedure of the law.
