Preah Sihanouk – Anti-drug police in Preah Sihanouk province arrested a Chinese suspect in connection with drug-trafficking on the evening of August 17, 2019, in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
Jiang Mingsong, a 33-year-old Chinese national, a tourist from China, was busted with 4 packages of a substance believed to be methamphetamine, a phone and documentation.
