Phnom Penh: On August 17, 2019 at 00:50 am, polices forces visited the Galaxy Residence, Room 602 in Village 3, Sangkat Chroy Changva, Khan Chroy Changva, and arrested two suspects for drugs offences.
Poon Weng Wai, a 38-year-old male Malaysian national was staying in the room as a tourist.
A 34-year-old Khmer male called Mon Panha was also detained.
