Baby Abandoned Outside Empire Cinema

Phnom Penh: A mother left her baby on Street 130 next to the Empire Cinema at 10:30 pm on August 14, 2019.

According to a 58-year-old male who lives on Street 118, he heard a baby crying and found him/her wrapped in a sarong inside a bag.

Neighbours raised a small amount of their own money to buy milk for the child before handing him/her to Kantha Bopha Hospital to take care of. NKD
