Sihanoukville: Over 120 Chinese citizens were arrested for VOIP crimes on August 14, 2019.
The arrests were made in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province.
The director of the anti-terrorism and transnational crime department, told Rasmei Kampuchea on Aug. 14 that 127 people, including 10 women, were detained in connection with a VOIP scam. The experts are following the procedure and will be sent to Phnom Penh.
