Worker Killed On SHK Construction Site

Sihanoukville: At about 8 am on August 13, 2019, an accident on the third floor of a new building caused a worker to die in Group 13, Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.

The victim’s name is Ya Lat, a 37-year-old Cambodian national from his hometown village, Kamchay Mear commune, Kamchay Mear district, Prey Veng province.

Reports say a cable snapped, killing the man instantly.

The body has been taken to the Provincial Referral Hospital to await an autopsy before handing over to the family.
