Phnom Penh: A drunk man in a Range Rover crashed into a black LEXUS RX330, causing damage to both cars on Street 173, in front of M’lob Svay 99 restaurant in Toul Svay Prey commune, Chamkarmon district.
The incident happened at about 3 am on August 11, 2019, and both parties refused accept responsibility and argued until the authorities came down.
They were taken for questioning, but the owner of the Range Rover attacked police officers inside the station, causing injuries.
The man was detained in Chamkar Morn Inspectorate to test for drug use.
