Prey Nub District – On the morning of August 10, 2019, water flooded National Road 3 (Sihanoukville-Kampot) in Veal Rinh commune, directly across from the field to Kampong Smach Bridge.
The water levels across the national were more than half a meter and by nearly 8 am August 10th. Prey Nup district police and authorities are currently assisting with traffic control.
