Kampot: People are waking up to water in Kampot. Our men about town say that police patrol boats are rescuing those stranded close to the river banks.

Chinese idiots that run the dam. The weather was predicted days ago!!! The day before they opened the dam gates the river was very low, thats when they should have released water. They don’t care about the locals its all about making power and money. Dams are built for thee reasons 1) Power 2) flood control 3) irrigation. You don’t flood people by building a dam except for the Chinese that run this dame.TIME FOR SOME ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!! Where is the minister thats suppose to oversee this????
so happy chinese bought the apartment building I lived in Sihanoukville and kicked me out with 7 months on my lease in 2018…and so happy my landlord in Kampot ..where I moved..wanted to double my rent in 2019…I am so happy in Siem Reap …wish I had moved here to begin with.
