No Visa Nigerian Says Passport Was Stolen

PHNOM PENH: On August 8, 2017 a Nigerian man, 35-year-old CHIDI OBEDIKWVAKAM, 35, went to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police’s Office of Immigration in an attempt at making police help to send him back to his country of origin because he has no passport and is unable to pay visa renewal.

He arrived in Cambodia in August 2017 at the Phnom Penh International Airport, intending to stay with his friends in Stung Meanchey. His passport, he claimed, was later stolen by a fellow Nigerian.

He was taken to the General Department of Immigration for further proceedings. PPR
