Shots Fired On Stung Meanchey Flyover

Phnom Penh: Shots were fired on August 7, 2019 on Stung Meanchey flyover at 3:30 am.

According to witnesses at the scene, prior to the incident, a white RX300 without a license plate was traveling along Route 271 in a south-to-north direction and onto the Steung Meanchey flyover. Arriving at the scene of the shooting, three or four shots were fired into the sky from the car, causing panic.

Local authorities arrived at the scene and recovered one of the empty casings for further investigation. Post News
