6 Public Holidays Cut in 2020

Phnom Penh: The Royal Government of Cambodia has decided cut the number holidays in 2020.

According to the Sub-Decree on the Employees Vacation Calendar, 2020, there are ‘just’ 22 days, compared to 28 days in 2019.

The King’s Birthday has been reduced from 3 days to 1, 8 March International Women’s Day, 20 May National Day of Remembrance, 1 June International Children’s Day, 23 October Anniversary of the Paris Peace Agreement, and December 10 Human Rights Day have been shelved for next year.
