Phnom Penh: A Chinese drunk driver in a Hyundai Starex hit a central divider at about 2.40 am on 5 August 2019 on Monivong Boulevard.
The Chinese driver attempted to remove the car, but was arrested by a police patrol and brought to the police station at BKKII
After that, the local authorities took the vehicle to the Phnom Penh Road Traffic Bureau waiting for a legal resolution. TDN
