Phnom Penh: A foreign white male went crazy on a Tela forecourt.
The incident took place at 2:00 am on August 5, 2019, in Srah Chak commune, Daun Penh district.
According to eyewitnesses, before the incident, the unidentified male foreigner, about 30 years of age, was walking around without shoes or trousers and ran into the Tela on National Road 5, near the corner of the Chroy Changva bridge, where he became out of control.
Security guards managed to subdue him until local authorities arrived to detain the man and took him to Srah Chak post for immigration checks and legal procedures. It is strongly suspected he was on drugs. PostNews
