Phnom Penh: Two Chinese drivers got into a row after a Range Rover turned without paying attention and was hit by a Porsche in the early hours of August 3.
The crash happened near AEON Mall I in Tonle Bassac.
The drivers could not agree on recompense, so cops intervened and took both vehicles away to find a solution later. TDN
