Fire At Siem Reap Wat

Siem Reap: At 6:30 pm on August 2, 2019, a fire broke out at the pagoda in Boeung Daun village, Slor Kram commune, Siem Reap city.

Two stalls were burned, but there was no other damage or injury to people.

The cause of the fire was reported as coming from candles which had been left to burn without supervision.

Authorities intervened three fire trucks to control the blaze. Source
