Phnom Penh: Breaking news: A fire has reportedly broken out in the basement of Olympia Mall.

Firefighting units are at the scene. Early reports suggest a vehicle may have caught fire in the parking lot (*seemingly incorrect).

UPDATE: As of 11 am, fire crews are still at the scene. The latest reports suggest an electrical fault on a construction site close to the mall may be the cause.
