A View From The Sewer

Phnom Penh: On the morning of August 2, 2019, sewage workers published photos on what it looks like underneath the streets of the capital.

They call on all people to dispose of garbage in a proper place so that it can easily be collected, otherwise the environment and living conditions of residents will suffer.

Plastic refuse blocks the drainage, leading to bad smells and flooding during the rainy season.
