Malaysian Man, 29, Dies In BKK 2

PHNOM PENH- A 29-year-old Malaysian man has died in the home rented to a Vietnamese girl. The case happened at 6:30 am, August 1, at the ground floor of a 12-room rental house in Boeng Keng Kang II commune, Boeng Keng Kang district.

TEE CHEN PANG, a 29-year-old Malaysian national, was a tourist, according to police.

Before the incident on the night of July 31, 2019, the Malaysian man was sleeping in the Vietnamese woman’s house. In the morning the woman couldn’t wake the victim and discovered he was dead.

The report says he died of a heart attack after taking too many drugs (unspecified).

*A man of the same name and age was recently fined in Singapore for entering without declaring $60,000 in cash. It is not clear if this is the same man.
