Preah Sihanouk: At 2:03 pm on July 31, 2019, an Australian man jumped from a window at “Gobo East” casino hotel in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The victim, NICHOLAS GREGORY DIXON, was a 35-year-old male, reportedly with mental problems.
After the incident, the cops visited the site to check and make contact with the family.
