A Blustery Day In Phnom Penh

PHNOM PENH On the afternoon of July 31, 2019, a gusty windstorm caused a metal rod to fly off a building (Gold Tower 42?), and spear a Lexus parked below.

Meanwhile at jut after 2 pm, a tree came crashing down on a stationary Toyota.

Neither incident caused injuries to people, but citizens are warned to be cautious.
