Man Burns Down House After $20 Loan Refused

Kampong Speu: A blaze engulfed a house at 2 pm, on July 27 2019 by a son who was angry after his own mother refused him a $20 loan. The incident occurred in Prey Khum Thmar village, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.
