Update: Missing Soldiers Found In Stung Treng

Stung Treng: (Preliminary Information) Siem Pang Police Chief Colonel Chhim An, told Post News that at around 8 am on the 26th of July, 2019, the body of one of the soldiers who were swept away when a bridge collapsed had been found.

The victim’s body was named 22-year-old Sok Vandy.

UPDATE: A second body of the second missing man Dyly was later found a few hundred metres away.

The two soldiers were on a motorcycle riding across the bridge close to the Laos border, when it caved in. The body was found around 10 km downstream close to the scene.
