Apsara Authority Closes Kulen Road

Siem Reap: After accidents on the Phnom Kulen highway, caused deaths and injuriesto national and Chinese tourists, Apsara Authority and relevant authorities have temporarily blocked the road. Travel restrictions are now in place except for those who live in the area.

On July 24, 2018, the APSARA Authority issued the notice of closure to take effect immediately.
