PP Borey Site Ordered To Down Tools

Phnom Penh: Por Senchey district authorities suspended the construction of a 209-unit Borey site in Ka Kap commune, Kakap 2 commune, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

Deputy Governor of Por Sen Chey led a number of officials at 9:35 AM on 24th July 2019.

He said that there were 209 apartments in Kim Thong apartment building, which are still under construction.

The temporary suspension of construction activities is due to the suspicion that the building is under construction without legal permission.

After arriving, he went out and met with site representatives, and he found that the building had no proper legal authority.

The governor said that the site owner had been ordered to apply for the correct permits if work was to continue. In the case of refusing to comply with the order, district authorities will take legal action.
