UPDATE: Chinese Woman Shot In Street

Sihanoukville: UPDATE: It is reported that three suspects were involved in the fatal shooting of Zhang Dan (*initial name), a 25-year-old Chinese female casino worker resident in Village 3, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.

Reports say she and her boyfriend named Xiao Li Zhi had left their casino workplace, heading to a shopping mall. Two or three men in a waiting car attempted to grab the couple and bundle them into the car, but when they resisted shots were fired, causing the female victim to be killed instantly.

The suspects then escaped in the car.

His boyfriend is currently being questioned and the criminal police are actively conducting research to arrest and punish the suspects.

A Chinese woman was found murdered in the street im=n Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville at 11:30 pm on July 23.

Police are investigating. Some reports are now saying she had been shot.
