Phnom Penh: A fleeing drug dealer fired off 3 shots at 5.40 on the evening of 21 July 2019 near the Chinese embassy, Chamkar Morn district, Phnom Penh.
According to police, the man had been under surveillance for around a week, when police moved in to arrest him.
The suspect attempted to escape on a motorcycle but crashed. He then pulled out a K59 pistol and fired off some rounds at police. Luckily nobody was hit, and the perp was quickly taken down. A quantity of drugs and the gun were taken as evidence.
