Sihanoukville: At 3:30 pm on 20 July 2019, a gas tank used for metal cutting (oxyacetylene?) exploded, killing a man instantly and blowing his head about 100 meters away.
The incident occurred in Steung Hav district, Preah Sihanouk province.
The victim, Peth Sophath , 39 years old, was from Takeo.
