18 VOIP Scammers On Kampong Speu Mango Farm

Kampong Speu: The provincial immigration office cooperated with the criminal police force and the district governor and visited a mango plantation in Khum Svay village.

The operation, at 10:09 am on July 17, 2019, detained 18 foreign nationals, including six Chinese nationals and twelve Taiwanese nationals, who were involved in an online money laundering case (VOIP).

Computer equipment and counterfeit USD were seized as evidence.

The 18 foreigners have now been sent to the provincial police station to build a court case.
