Nuisance Finn Taken By Immigration

Phnom Penh: On July 15, 2019, at 5 pm, the Phnom Penh Immigration t Office received a 26-year-old Finnish male, from the Phnom Penh police force at Veal Vong Station, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.

He was picked up by police after he was found to be causing a public nuisance, and could not produce his passport.

The man, named as SEPPO VELIPERRERI KALLIOINEN, told authorities he entered Cambodia via Bavet on May 7 2019.

‘Seppo’ is quite well known on Finnish internet sites, and has posted his (mis)adventures in Asia online.
