Police Told To Smarten Up

Phnom Penh: In accordance with the plan of General National Police General Neth Savoeun, Major General Seth Thorn, on 15 July, advised all police officers to cut their hair short, a rule that must be implemented in traffic and general police force.

He urged the Phnom Penh police force to honor the national flag more, and to properly dress in police uniforms.
