Chinese Casino Staff Deals More Than Cards
Kandal: A Chinese man was arrested at 01:05 AM on 13th July 2019 on National Highway 21B in front of Yong Yen Casino located in Chrey Thom Village, Sampov Poun District, Koah Thum District, Kandal Province.
The suspect, Jia Xiaojang, male, 26, is a casino worker from China, who was spotted acting suspiciously by cops.
Following questiong the suspect confessed to the fact that he had actually bought drugs from an unidentified person to sell and distribute to other Chinese at the Yong Yuan Casino.
