The Man With The Rusty Revolver

Oddar Meanchey: On July 9, 2019, at 12:37, information was recieved that an unidentified man had been carrying a pistol.

Shortly after receiving information, police questioned Houn Sokha, a 41-year-old man, currently a construction worker in Thailand.

The would be gunman told police he had bought the revolver in O’smach about three years ago and buried it at Kirirom O Smach Pagoda. On July 5, 2019 he returned from Thailand, dug up the weapon intending to sell it.
