Stranded Russian Dmitri Zhupikov has No Passport

Sihanoukville: On July 7, 2019, at 16:32, immigration police in Preah Sihanouk province detained an foreigner at a police station in Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, on suspicion of living in Cambodia without a passport.

Police say the man, identified as Dmitri Zhupikov, 33, a Russian national was stranded without a passport. Immigration police are currently preparing to send the case to the General Department of Immigration.
