Topless Chinese Kidnappers Arrested

Sihanoukville: A preliminary report said that on the morning of July 05, 2019, police in Sangkat 4 raided a property and arrested 2 Chinese men.

The pair are accused of being involved in kidnappings of Chinese nationals in the area of Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

After arrest, the suspects were brought to the provincial police commission to file a case for legal proceedings.
