Phnom Penh: An accident happened at 3:25 am on Friday, July 5, 2019, at the front of ABA Bank (in front of Tuol Tum Poung pagoda), Mao Tse Tung Boulevard, corner of Street 113, in Boeung Trabek commune, Chamkar Morn district. Phnom Penh.

A young woman driving a Toyota Matrix XR collided with a foreign man driving a CRG motorbike with Vietnamese plates. The man suffered injuries to his right leg and the motorcycle and car were slightly damaged.

As both sides couldn’t agree who was at fault, police took both vehicles away to wait for a settlement.
