American Dies of Meth Heart Attack in PP

Phnom Penh: CHRISTOPHER DAVID SMITH, a 41-year-old American man was found lying dead in a guesthouse on street 516 neighborhoods Boeung Kak 1, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh .

Sources at the scene said the American was travelling with his wife, who found him feeling unwell after he had being out drinking, and called staff to help, but the victim was found dead on the floor at around 9 pm.

According to his visa he had only arrived in the country on July 4 from Vietnam.

Police concluded he had died of a heart attack from excessive use of methamphetamine (and it is suggested he was a regular drug user).
