Sihanoukville: A Chinese metal warehouse construction built in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville totally collapsed at around noon on July 3, 2019.
The cause is not yet known, although high winds were probably a factor. Nobody was reported injured and an investigation is underway. https://kbn.news/archives/127216
