Child Killing Father Arrested in Siem Reap

Siem Reap Child Protection Unit’s Task Force Juilet-19 made an arrest after a 7 day manhunt, on the 4th of July 2019 at about 9.30am .

Siem Reap Police Command, working on a tip-off, arrested a 31 year old male, Phaly Viphata who was the father of the deceased in Siem Reap Province.

The manis to be charged with the murder of his own 14 month old son which took place on the 28th of June 2019. The suspect will be sent to Siem Reap Court of First Instance later this afternoon.
