A Morning of Rain Swamps Sihanoukville Again
Sihanouk Province : On July 3, 2019, heavy rains flooded Sihanoukville along Independence road and low lying areas.
According to officials, the flood cases are because of the reduced drainage or drainage area, construction and debris blocking the flow of water.
The provincial administration has resolved to solve and reduce floods during heavy rains.
The administration of Preah Sihanouk province’s rainfall prevention and control process will have a positive result.
