Manhunt After 14 Month Old Murdered in Siem Reap

Siem Reap: On June 27, 2019, at 7:30 pm, a 14 month old boy was struck by his own father with a knife.

Phay Yisuch, a 31-year-old male from Meanchey commune, Meanchey district’s Prasat Bakong district, had been arguing with his wife when the child was hurt. He to the emergency hospital while the suspect ran away.

The victim, Phang Phalla, 1 year old, 2 months old later died in hospital at 10:40 am on June 28, 2019.

A Child Protection Unit team have opened an active manhunt 148 / 2019.
