Phnom Penh: A man took petrol and set himself alight on a plot of land near Road 6, Khan Russei Keo on June 27, 2019.
According to preliminary sources from the residents living near the scene, the man who committed suicide had recently returned from working in Thailand and was a drug user.
Following the incident, Russey Keo district police cooperated with the police force of the Phnom Penh to investigate the scene. The death was ruled a suicide.
