Phnom Penh: Police in Chamkar Mon arrested four Taiwanese nationals, and a Cambodian men on kidnap charges at 7:30 PM, June 22, 2019 at NewTime Building, located at 724 on Norodom Boulevard.
3 Malaysians and a Chinese national were released after being held by the suspects.
CHEN CHIH HAO, male 35, CHEN MING HUNG, male, 38, WANG HAI FENG and JU JIN RUNG Male 39 were detained along with Khieu Mao, male, 47 years old a Cambodian in the military.
