Pursat Boy Shoots Brother With Homemade Gun

Pursat province: A 10-year-old boy accidentally shot his brother, seriously injuring him, and leaving him needing medical treatment in Phnom Penh.

The incident happened at 9:10 am on Sunday, June 23, 2016, in Bakan district.

The 12-year-old victim suffered severe head injuries after being shot at a range of about 50 m.
